Whether you want to focus on your career or business, your confidence, relationships, health or work/life balance, it starts and ends with understanding what you really want and who you really are, and expressing this fully in your life. My passion is to empower you to do just that.

I help you join up 'life' with whatever you 'do' for a living so that you achieve the most meaning, success and fun. In particular, I help you identify what you're genuinely good at and enjoy, and bring that more and more into your life. Click on the 'Coaching' tab on this site to discover more, or feel free to call me for an informal chat.

You'll find me warm, intuitive and very practical. I'll ask you thoughtful questions that will help you find your own answers. I'll share my resources with you - generously. Information, contacts - if I can help you, I will. We'll laugh (sometimes quite a lot). You'll pinpoint what you truly need and discover how to nurture it. You'll leave with real, long-term results, ready to be your OWN coach.

You can work with me face-to-face, by telephone, or using skype, with email support in between. If you prefer meeting face-to-face, I'll invite you to my home in a beautiful, peaceful village in Cambridgeshire, or we can meet at a location of your choice. I offer a free, informal, no obligation chat on the telephone (about 20 minutes usually) to help you decide if coaching is right for you.

My background includes 17 years in Human Resources and Customer Services management, in the UK and Australia, in Banking, IT, the NHS and the BBC - or, as one of my clients put it, I have a background in the business 'real' world and understand what makes it tick. I've appreciated working in less mainstream environments too, from catering to kibbutz.

I'm a professional coach, accredited by the Association for Coaching, and also qualified in Personnel Management, Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy. I'm the author of the book, 'Reinvent Your Career - 7 Steps to the Job You Love' published by Hodder Mobius, and of the online courses, 'Land that Job' and 'Purpose, Passion and Destiny'. I'm also an Assessor for the Association for Coaching.

I am passionate about helping others to learn the EASIER way, and I mentor trainee coaches for one of the top life coach training organisations, and volunteer mentor graduates in the sustainability sector for the charity, StudentForce (sustainability is another of my passions).
